The Site is operated by Reladium LLC (“Reladium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Reladium
Reladium LLC develops and operates products, platforms, research initiatives, intellectual property, and other projects related to relationships, personality, connection, and relational intelligence.
The Reladium website may provide information about products and projects developed or operated by Reladium. Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content—including the Reladium name and branding, text, graphics, designs, concepts, frameworks, research materials, software, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Reladium LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reladium also owns or operates various brands, products, projects, methodologies, and intellectual property that may be referenced on the Site. References to those products or projects do not grant you any ownership or license rights in them.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.
You may link to publicly available pages on the Site and quote reasonable portions of our publicly available content for commentary, discussion, or other lawful purposes, provided you appropriately attribute the material to Reladium and do not imply our endorsement.

The Site may describe or link to products, services, projects, experiments, or initiatives developed or operated by Reladium.
Features, availability, pricing, names, functionality, and launch plans may change as our products evolve. References to planned, experimental, beta, testing, or upcoming products or features are informational and do not constitute a promise that a particular product or feature will be released or remain available.
Products and services may be subject to additional terms presented through their respective websites or platforms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELADIUM LLC AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELADIUM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reladium LLC and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

- Your violation of another person's rights
- Content or information you submit through the Site
13. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Placer County, California, or the federal courts located in the Eastern District of California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. General Terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to particular services, constitute the agreement between you and Reladium regarding your use of the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
